通過核酸標(biāo)記技術(shù)可將細胞因子cDNA作為基因探釗檢測細胞內(nèi)細胞因子基因組DNA或mRNA。主要有以下幾種方法：
1.應(yīng)用同位素（或非同位素)標(biāo)記的cDNA探針，檢測經(jīng)Northern blot后細胞因子mRNA水平或采用打點雜交法。
2.應(yīng)用標(biāo)記cDNA探釗與細胞或組織切片進行原位雜交，然后進行放射自顯影。
3.細胞因子mRNA經(jīng)反轉(zhuǎn)錄為cDNA，用特異性細胞因子引物經(jīng)聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)（PCR)擴增細胞因子cDNA,Southern blot后用標(biāo)記探針檢測特異細胞因子DNA水平。
