主癥

產(chǎn)后乳汁分泌不足，甚至點(diǎn)滴不下，或哺乳期中日見減少，乳房無脹痛感，面色蒼白，皮膚干燥，心悸，神疲，食少，便溏，舌淡苔少，脈虛細(xì)。

Main Manifestations

Insufficiency of lactation, even complete absence of milk after delivery, or decrease of lactation during the breast feeding period, no distending pain present in breasts, pallor, dry skin, palpitation,lassitude, poor appetite, loose stools, pale tongue with scanty and thready, weak pulse.

主癥

產(chǎn)后乳汁不行，乳房脹滿而痛，精神抑郁，胸悶肋痛，胃脘脹滿，食欲減退，舌淡紅，脈弦。

Main Manifestations

治法

取足陽明經(jīng)穴為主。氣血虛弱者，豪針刺用補(bǔ)法并灸；肝郁氣滯者，豪針刺用瀉法，或平補(bǔ)平瀉。

Treatment

The points of Stomach Meridian are selected as principal points. Reinforcing technique and moxibustion are employed to the deficiency of Qi and blood and reducing or even technique is applied to live-Qi stagnation.

乳根 膻中 少澤

Prescription

Rugen (ST 18), Tanzhong (CV 17), and shaoze (SI 1).

隨證配穴

氣血虛弱者，加脾俞，足三里，三陰交；
肝郁氣滯者，加期門，內(nèi)關(guān)，太沖。

Additional Points

Qi and blood deficiency: Pishu (BL 20), Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6)
Liver-Qi Stagnation: Qimen (LR 14), Neiguan (PC 6) and Taichong (LR 3).
