取足太陽(yáng)、任脈、手厥陰經(jīng)穴為主。針刺平補(bǔ)平瀉法，以疏肝寧神，健脾化痰。

Even movement is applied to the point of Stomach Meridian, Governor Vessel, Conception Vessel, Spleen Meridian, Pericardium Meridian and Liver Meridian to soothe the liver, calm the heart and dissolve the phlegm by strengthening the spleen.

Irritability, headache, insomnia, red face, then violent behaviours, followed by excessive motor activity, loss of appetite in few days but with full of vigour. Yellow sticky tongue coating, string-taut, rolling and rapid pulse.

取督脈、手厥陰、足陽(yáng)明經(jīng)穴為主。針用瀉法，以寧心安神，清熱化痰。
