在前后正中線的中點(diǎn)，旁開(kāi)左右各1厘米處為起點(diǎn)，由此點(diǎn)向后引平行于前后正中線3厘米長(zhǎng)的直線。

Starting from the point 1cm lateral to the midpoint of the anterior and posterior midline of the head with which it paralles and continues for 3cm long.
