手少陰心經(jīng)重點(diǎn)穴位簡介:神門(心經(jīng)7)

穴義

神，心神；門，門戶。
心藏神。此穴為心神之門戶。

Meaning

Shen, mind; men, door.
The heart houses the mind. This point is a door for the mind.

定位

腕橫紋尺側(cè)端，尺側(cè)腕屈肌腱橈側(cè)緣凹陷中。

Location

at the ulnar end of the transverse crease of the wrist, in the depression on the radial side of the tendon of m. flexor carpiulnaris.

主治

1、鎮(zhèn)靜安神，治失眠，癲癇，發(fā)狂。
2、心臟病要穴，治心悸，心痛，心動(dòng)過速，心律不齊等。
3、局部治腕關(guān)節(jié)痛，尺神經(jīng)麻痹等。

Indication

1. insomnia, epilepsy, psychosis.
2. main point for heart disease, such as palpitation, cardiac pain, tachycardia, arrhythmia, etc.
3. pain of wrist joint, numbness of ulnar nerve.

針法

1、從上向下直刺。
2、從尺側(cè)向橈側(cè)直刺0.3～0.5寸。

Method

1. puncture perpendicularly from the upper part downward.
2. puncture perpendicularly from the ulnar side to the radial side 0.3～0.5 cun.

備考

輸穴，原穴。
治心病要穴。
