【摘要】 目的:了解鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌、銅綠假單胞菌、嗜麥芽窄食單胞菌對(duì)常用抗菌藥物的耐藥性。方法:K�睟法對(duì)分離菌株進(jìn)行抗菌藥物藥敏試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:分別分離銅綠假單胞菌、鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌、嗜麥芽窄食單胞菌745、367和25株。鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌耐藥率達(dá)90%(頭孢哌酮/舒巴坦例外，18%)。銅綠假單胞菌對(duì)復(fù)方新諾明、頭孢噻肟、慶大霉素、哌拉西林耐藥率80%。嗜麥芽窄食單胞菌分離率不高，對(duì)環(huán)丙沙星、頭孢哌酮/舒巴坦、復(fù)方新諾明耐藥率小于35%，對(duì)頭孢噻肟、氨曲南、哌拉西林耐藥率均超過80%。多重耐藥菌株數(shù)分離率呈上升趨勢(shì)，2009年58.54%菌株對(duì)5種抗生素均耐藥。結(jié)論:3種非發(fā)酵糖革蘭陰性桿菌耐藥性嚴(yán)重，臨床應(yīng)根據(jù)藥敏結(jié)果合理使用抗生素。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the drug susceptibility of Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia to clinical common antibacterials.Methods The drug susceptibility of isolated strains were determined with K�睟 method.Results A total of 745,367 and 25 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonasaeruginosa and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were isolated,respectively.The resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii was high to 90%(exclude cefoperazone/sulbactam,18%).The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to trimethoprim�瞫ulfamethoxazole,cefotaxime,gentamycin,piperacillin were about 80%.The isolating rate of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was low.The drug resistant rate to ciprofloxacin,cefoperazone/sulbactam,trimethoprim�瞫ulfamethoxazole was less than 35% and to cefotaxime,aztreonam,piperacillin was more than 80%.The isolating rate of multidrug resistant strains showed an increasing tendency,58.54% strains were drug resistant to 5 kind antibiotics in 2009.Conclusion The drug�瞨esistance status of three nosocomial gram negative bacilli was serious,the selection of antibiotics should base on the drug susceptibility results醫(yī).學(xué).全.在.線gydjdsj.org.cn.

非發(fā)酵糖革蘭陰性桿菌引起的醫(yī)院感染及其多重耐藥性日益嚴(yán)重，特別是對(duì)亞胺培南耐藥的鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌、銅綠假單胞菌等所致的嚴(yán)重感染已成為臨床抗感染治療難點(diǎn)之一。因此監(jiān)測(cè)非發(fā)酵糖革蘭陰性桿菌感染及其耐藥性變化趨勢(shì)，對(duì)于有效預(yù)防和治療不動(dòng)桿菌感染有重要意義。本研究回顧性分析了我院3種非發(fā)酵糖革蘭陰性桿菌對(duì)抗菌藥物的耐藥狀況，旨在指導(dǎo)臨床科學(xué)用藥。
