十、睡眠 Sleep
（1)發(fā)作通常發(fā)生于飯后1~2小時，但也時常把病人從睡夢中弄醒。
Attacks usually came on one or two hours after meals, but also frequently wakened the patient from sleep.
※睡眠障礙
-非常愛睡 be unusually sleepy
-貪睡 be fond of sleep
-無法控制的嗜睡 uncontrollable somnolence (-cy)
-易醒 be easily wakened
-時常在晚上醒過來 often wake up at night.
-不能熟睡 sleep is not sound
-晚上睡得不很熟 do not sleep well at night
-睡覺不能多過數(shù)小時 sleep for no longer than a few hours.
-由于呼吸短促睡不著 have sleepless night with shortness of breath
-今年冬天由于夜間性氣喘一直失眠 had insomnia this winter due to nocturnal asthma

-睡眠不足 want( lack) of sleep; insufficient sleep
-不易入睡 have trouble getting to sleep
-睡眠無多大的障礙 sleep is not greatly disturbed
-失眠病人 insomniac
ex1:他不能靜坐數(shù)分鐘以上，即使靜脈注射鎮(zhèn)靜劑，也不能睡覺。
He was unable to sit still for more than a few minutes, and sleep was impossible even with intravenous sedatives.
ex2:因?yàn)樗悬c(diǎn)掛慮他的病，最近一直睡眠不佳。
His sleep has been poor lately due to a slight anxiety about his illness.
（2)他非常容易入睡，特別是晚睡時為然。早上則總是起不來。
He falls into a sleep very easily, especially when sitting up late. He has always had difficulty in getting up early in the morning.
ex1:他總是感覺疲倦，每天大約需要睡12個小時。
He felt chronically tired, requiring about 12 hours of sleep a day.
ex2:他老是想睡，但從來不曾在8點(diǎn)后才睡。
He is always inclined to go to sleep, and he never goes to bed later than 8 o'clock.
