穴義

大，大小之大；都，聚會。
穴在大趾，為經(jīng)氣所溜聚之處。

Meaning

Da, big; du, assembling.
The point is at the big toe, where the Qi of meridian gathers.

定位

第一跖趾關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)側(cè)前緣赤白肉際。

Location

On the medial side of the big toe, distal and inferior to the 1st metatarsophalangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin.

主治

胃痛，便秘，腹瀉，發(fā)熱，無汗。

Indication

stomachache, constipation, diarrhea, fever without sweating.

針法

直刺0.3-0.5寸。

Method

perpendicularly 0.3-0.5 cun.

備考

滎穴。
