醫(yī)學論文范文:健兒強身膏對哮喘豚鼠肺組織病理的影響
【摘要】 目的：觀察健兒強身膏對支氣管哮喘豚鼠模型肺組織病理的影響。方法：采用卵蛋白(OVA)致敏法制備豚鼠哮喘模型，將豚鼠隨機分為6組，即空白對照組、模型組、陽性對照組、中藥(高、中、低)3個劑量組，分別觀察各組引喘潛伏期(T)、支氣管和肺組織的病理及超微結(jié)構(gòu)變化。結(jié)果：健兒強身膏3個劑量組均能延長豚鼠哮喘誘發(fā)潛伏期，與模型組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);中藥各劑量組上氣道炎癥及肺組織病理癥狀與模型組相比均有不同程度改善，其作用與劑量呈相關(guān)性，效果與地塞米松相似。結(jié)論：健兒強身膏能有效降低肺組織炎性細胞浸潤，改善肺組織的病理學變化。

The effect of Jianerqiangshen electuary on bronchial tube and pulmonary morphology
of guinea pigs with asthma

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of Jianerqiangshen electuary on bronchial tube and pulmonary morphology of asthmatic guinea pigs. Methods: The asthmatic guinea pig model was established with the ovalbumin(OVA) challenge methods. Forty-eight guinea pigs were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group，asthma model group，DXM –treated group，three dose groups of Jianerqiangshen electuary. The effects of relieving asthmatic attacks were observed，and pulmonary morphology and ultramicrostructures were observed too. Results: Compared with the model group，Jianerqiangshen electuary groups could prolong the latent period of asthmatic attack significantly(P<0.05). The quantity of inflammation germ cells in Jianerqiangshen electuary treatment groups was significantly lower than that in model groups.The diference between groups treated had a positive correlation with the dose of electuary. The effect of Jianerqiangshen electuary was as good as DXM . Conclusion: Jianerqiangshen electuary could reduce the inflammation germ cell in filtration and improve the condition in lungs.

哮喘是由多種細胞，如嗜酸性粒細胞(EOS)、肥大細胞、T淋巴細胞、中性粒細胞及氣道上皮細胞等和細胞組分共同參與的氣道慢性炎癥疾病，也是兒童期最常見的慢性疾病。目前，主要應(yīng)用于臨床的治療藥物是緩解癥狀和控制發(fā)作的藥物。長時間使用具有一定的副作用。而中醫(yī)藥在治療哮喘方面具有效果顯著穩(wěn)定、藥效持續(xù)時間長、副作用小、善于預防和治本的優(yōu)點[1]。健兒強身膏是南通市中醫(yī)院江蘇省名中醫(yī)鄂惠的效應(yīng)方，在臨床中能有效控制哮喘發(fā)作期癥狀，可使易感兒童呼吸道感染次數(shù)減少，哮喘的發(fā)病率下降。本實驗旨在基于顯著臨床療效的基礎(chǔ)上，進行其藥效學及作用機理的實驗研究，觀察其對哮喘豚鼠肺組織的病理變化，為中藥防治哮喘提供一定實驗依據(jù)。
