穴義

膽，膽腑之膽；囊，中空之袋狀物。
膽囊，六腑器官之一，位于肝之下。
此器官有病時，常在小腿膽經(jīng)之陽陵泉下方出現(xiàn)痛敏點，因其有助于診斷治療，故名。

Meaning

Dan, gallbladder; nang, a hollow bag-like object.
Gallbladder, one of the six Fu organs, is located below the liver. When disorders of this organ occur, the tender point commonly appears below Yanglingquan(GB34) on leg. It is helpful for the diagnosis and treatment, so it was called "Dannang".

定位

在小腿外側(cè)上部，當(dāng)腓骨小頭前下方凹陷處(陽陵泉)直下2寸。

Location

On the superior lateral aspect of the lower leg, 2 cun directly below the depression anterior and inferior to the head of the fibula, GB34(Yanglingquan).

主治

1. 急慢性膽囊炎，膽石癥，膽道蛔蟲癥
2. 下肢痿痹

Indication

1. acute and chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, biliary ascarriasis.
2. weakness, numbness and pain of lower extremities.

針法

直刺1-2寸

Method

perpendicular insertion 1.0-2.0 cun.
