:: 實(shí)性腹脹 Excess Condition ::
主癥
腹脹拒按，甚則脹痛，噯氣，口臭，小便黃，大便秘結(jié)；或有發(fā)熱，嘔吐，舌苔黃厚，脈滑數(shù)有力。
Main Manifestations
Distention and fullness in the abdomen which are aggravated by pressing, abdominal pain in severe case, belching, foul breath, dark yellow urine, constipation, occasional fever, vomiting, yellow, thick tongue coating, rolling, rapid and forceful pulse.
:: 虛性腹脹 Deficiency Condition ::
主癥
腹脹，時(shí)輕時(shí)重，喜按，腸鳴便溏，食少神疲，精神不振，小便清長(zhǎng)，舌質(zhì)淡，苔白，脈弱無力。
Main Manifestations
Abdominal distention, relieved by pressing, worsens and lessens from time to time, borborygmi, loose stools, lose of appetite, lassitude, listlessness, clear urine, pale tongue, white tongue coating, weak pulse.

取足太陰、足陽明及任脈經(jīng)穴為主。實(shí)證針刺用瀉法，以通調(diào)腑氣；虛證用補(bǔ)法并配合灸，以健脾和胃，理氣消脹。

The points of Spleen, Stomach Meridians and Conception Vessel are selected as principal points.
