§1. 3 投稿須知
如果不熟悉一個(gè)期刊的投稿情況，一定想辦法了解期刊的投稿須知。每個(gè)期刊的投稿要求不盡相同，比如投稿內(nèi)容、頁(yè)數(shù)、字號(hào)、字體、行距、標(biāo)號(hào)、公式、圖表、參考文獻(xiàn)寫法等。國(guó)外一些期刊有字?jǐn)?shù)或頁(yè)數(shù)的算法，算起來還是比較費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)事。在基本了解投稿要求后，還可以下載幾篇這個(gè)期刊的文獻(xiàn)，看看這些文獻(xiàn)的內(nèi)容和格式。當(dāng)然，因?yàn)槲墨I(xiàn)大多是PDF格式，有些投稿要求并不能體現(xiàn)出來，但可以參考。

Items are restricted to three pages and appear, on average, two months after acceptance.
On-line access is included with EDS membership at ieeexplore.ieee.org. Past issues are now available back through 1980.
