綜上所述,我們的研究結(jié)果證實了17β_雌二醇可通過促進iNOS蛋白表達(dá),增加NO合成,抑制VSMCs增殖;在新生牛血清促進VSMCs增殖過程中,caveolin_1蛋白表達(dá)降低,17β_雌二醇提前孵育可增加caveolin_1表達(dá);且17β_雌二醇可通過上調(diào)caveolin_1蛋白表達(dá),增加iNOS表達(dá)及NO合成,抑制VSMCs增殖。此研究結(jié)果有助于進一步明確17β_雌二醇抑制VSMCs增殖過程中caveolin_1的作用機制,加深17β_雌二醇對心血管保護作用機制的闡明。
