張文杰,男,副研究員,碩士生導(dǎo)師,現(xiàn)就職于上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院整形外科。

張文杰副研究員1992年畢業(yè)于上海第二醫(yī)科大學(xué)醫(yī)療系,1995年赴日本浜松醫(yī)科大學(xué)留學(xué),2000年3月取得博士學(xué)位,同年赴美國(guó)華盛頓大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部做博士后研究。2004年7月回國(guó),作為特殊人才引進(jìn)入上海第二醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第九人民醫(yī)院。醫(yī)學(xué)全.在線gydjdsj.org.cn
張教授多年來(lái)從事小鼠胚胎干細(xì)胞定向分化的工作,在中胚層細(xì)胞發(fā)育分化方面,特別是早期血液和血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的發(fā)生發(fā)育方面有獨(dú)到的研究。首次通過(guò)綠色熒光蛋白標(biāo)記與細(xì)胞分選技術(shù),從分化的胚胎干細(xì)胞中成功分離了血液和血管內(nèi)皮祖細(xì)胞,并闡明了相關(guān)基因的作用。在胚胎干細(xì)胞定向分化和分離純化方面有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。博士及博士后期間先后在國(guó)際核心刊物發(fā)表論文11篇,其中第一作者5篇。回國(guó)后擔(dān)任上海市組織工程研究與開(kāi)發(fā)中心胚胎干細(xì)胞研究小組組長(zhǎng),負(fù)責(zé)人類胚胎干細(xì)胞的建系和定向誘導(dǎo)分化的工作,主攻血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞、軟骨細(xì)胞分化和組織工程化血管、軟骨組織體外構(gòu)建。目前承擔(dān)研究課題5項(xiàng),其中國(guó)家級(jí)課題3項(xiàng)。
