醫(yī)學(xué)免費論文:社區(qū)中青年2型糖尿病病人遵醫(yī)行為及其相關(guān)性因素分析
【摘要】 [目的]了解社區(qū)中青年2型糖尿病病人遵醫(yī)行為的現(xiàn)狀，分析影響病人遵醫(yī)行為的因素。[方法]采取整群抽樣的方法，運用社會人口學(xué)資料問卷、遵醫(yī)行為量表、社會支持量表、健康信念量表對288例社區(qū)中青年2型糖尿病病人進(jìn)行遵醫(yī)行為調(diào)查。[結(jié)果]研究對象的遵醫(yī)行為總得分56.8分±10.9分，得分率為67.62%;社會支持及客觀支持、主觀支持維度與遵醫(yī)行為均呈正相關(guān)(P<0.05);健康信念與遵醫(yī)行為及其各部分(除低血糖反應(yīng)處理)均呈正相關(guān)(P<0.05)。[結(jié)論]社區(qū)中青年2型糖尿病病人的遵醫(yī)行為較低，健康信念及主觀社會支持、客觀社會支持是遵醫(yī)行為的影響因素。

Abstract Objective:To know about the status quo of compliance behaviors of middle-aged and young type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in community and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 300 cases of middle-aged or young type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in community were investigated by adopting cluster sampling method and social demographic data questionnaire, compliance behavior rating scale, social support rating scales and health belief rating scales. Results: The total score of compliance behavior of patients was 56.8±10.9 and scoring rate was 67.62%. Dimensions of social support, objective support and subjective support were positively correlated with compliance behaviors of patients (P<0.05).Health belief of patients were positively correlated with compliance behaviors and its various parts (expect handling with hypoglycemia reaction) (P<0.05).Conclusion: Compliance behaviors of middle-aged and young type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in community are lower.Health belief,subjective and objective social supports of patients are influencing factors of compliance behavior of them醫(yī).學(xué)全.在.線網(wǎng)站www.gydjdsj.org.cn.

糖尿病為慢性終身性疾病，如果病情得不到有效控制，可引起多種慢性并發(fā)癥，致殘率較高[1]，由于這一特殊性，對其進(jìn)行持續(xù)、有效的治療至關(guān)重要，疾病的控制除了醫(yī)生合理的診斷和治療外，更需要病人在院外有良好的遵醫(yī)行為。遵醫(yī)行為雖然是一種自我照顧行為，但在執(zhí)行過程中會受諸多因素的影響，有報道老年2型糖尿病病人的健康信念和社會支持可以促進(jìn)其自我照顧行為[2];Andrew等[3]研究也證實，病人的健康信念對自理行為有明顯的導(dǎo)向作用，當(dāng)行動可能遇到障礙時，需要有正性的健康信念和社會支持，則可克服阻礙遵醫(yī)行為的因素。因此，健康信念、社會支持是遵醫(yī)行為的預(yù)測因子。本研究通過了解社區(qū)中青年2型糖尿病病人遵醫(yī)行為的影響因素，旨在為中青年糖尿病病人的社區(qū)護(hù)理提供依據(jù)。
