每個(gè)參加考研的考生都不希望和別人用千篇一律的詞匯，寫(xiě)毫無(wú)特色的文章。這樣的文章毫無(wú)新意，更得不了高分。插入語(yǔ)的運(yùn)用可以幫到考生，變換句式，寫(xiě)出新意，得到高分。
插入語(yǔ)不難。在英語(yǔ)中任何成分都可用兩個(gè)逗號(hào)或破折號(hào)隔開(kāi)成為插入成分，插入語(yǔ)可以使一個(gè)詞、一個(gè)短語(yǔ)、或是一個(gè)句子。插入語(yǔ)的使用可以增加語(yǔ)言的亮點(diǎn)使句子錯(cuò)落有致。我們來(lái)看下面的兩個(gè)句子：
Ancient men made tools of stone. For gydjdsj.org.cn instance, they always used flint because it is easier to shape than other kinds.(未使用插入語(yǔ))
Fortunately, however, ancient gydjdsj.org.cn men made tools of stone, especially flint, because it is easier to shape than other kinds. (使用插入語(yǔ))
相比之下，第二個(gè)句子會(huì)更加地道，因?yàn)榈氐赖挠⒄Z(yǔ)句子就是要寫(xiě)得跌宕起伏。
插入語(yǔ)可分以下幾類(lèi)：
副詞插入語(yǔ)：frankly, especially, fortunately, indeed, however
【例句】Tourism, frankly, may promote the mutual understanding among nations.
【譯文】坦率地說(shuō)，旅游可以促進(jìn)國(guó)家之間的相互了解。
短語(yǔ)插入語(yǔ)：generally speaking, to tell the truth, in a sense, in a word, strange to say
【例句】Parents, in a word, should never lose sight of the side-effects of computer games on their children.
【譯文】總而言之，家長(zhǎng)不該無(wú)視電腦游戲?qū)π『⒌母弊饔谩?/P>
短句插入語(yǔ)：I suppose, as I see it, I believe, what is important
【例句】Environment, what is important, has a far-reaching influence on one’s personality.
【譯文】重要的是，環(huán)境對(duì)人的性格有深遠(yuǎn)影響。
萬(wàn)能插入語(yǔ)：rather than肯前否后，這個(gè)短語(yǔ)可以放在句子中的任何一個(gè)成分后面。
【例句】It abolishes the presumption gydjdsj.org.cn of innocence and places the citizen at the service of the state rather than the other way round.
【譯文】新法廢除了公民的無(wú)罪假定并且將公民置于為政府服務(wù)的地位，而非政府為公民服務(wù)。
一些相對(duì)特殊的插入語(yǔ)：在考研中有一些相對(duì)特殊的插入語(yǔ)具有較強(qiáng)的固定表達(dá)意味，例如：
to some extent 從一定程度上講
at length 終于，最后;詳細(xì)地
at the mercy of 在……支配下
以后的寫(xiě)作訓(xùn)練中，考生可以有意識(shí)地運(yùn)用插入語(yǔ)，久而久之便會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)插入語(yǔ)的好處。
