 《靈樞·經(jīng)脈》：小腸手太陽之脈，起于小指之端，循手外側(cè)上腕，出踝中，直上循臂骨下廉，出肘內(nèi)側(cè)兩骨之間，上循外后廉，出肩解，繞肩胛，交肩上，入缺盆，絡心，循咽下膈，抵胃，屬小腸。

Circling around the scapular region, it meets the ruperior aspect of the shoulder, then turns downward to the supraclavicular fossa. It connects with the heart.
