內(nèi)科學論文:農(nóng)村散居兒童腸道病毒感染調查分析與干預對策
[摘要] 目的 為掌握農(nóng)村散居兒童腸道病毒感染現(xiàn)狀，進一步加強農(nóng)村衛(wèi)生保健宣傳和采取有效防控措施。 方法 選取定點醫(yī)院收治的該類患兒及陪護人進行調查分析。 結果 該類患兒陪護人員相關知識低下、個人衛(wèi)生習慣差等易感染環(huán)節(jié)較多。 結論 加強農(nóng)村衛(wèi)生宣教與督導、減少感染隱患、重視對易感兒童陪護人的相關知識宣傳、養(yǎng)成良好的個人衛(wèi)生習慣和保持周圍環(huán)境的清潔是切斷該類疾病傳播的關鍵。

The enterovirus infection of scattered children at rural： A survey analysis and intervention measures

[Abstract] Objective To grasp rural scattered children enteric virus infection status， further strengthening rural health care advocacy and take effective measures to prevent and control. Methods The patients and caregivers of the fixed-point hospital were investigated and analyzed. Results The children of accompanying persons related knowledge is low， poor personal hygiene habits vulnerable links more. Conclusion Strengthening rural health education and supervision， reduce infection risks， emphasis on predisposing children to accompany knowledge propaganda， to develop good hygiene habits and keep the environment clean is cut off this kind of disease transmission key.
