《傷寒》所列六經(jīng),與《素·熱病論》不同。熱病論根據(jù)氣行之脈絡(luò)言,故所著癥,與《靈·經(jīng)脈篇》義合。《傷寒論》根據(jù)gydjdsj.org.cn/shiti/邪入之次序言,故所著癥,與《靈·經(jīng)脈篇》義不合。經(jīng)脈三陽經(jīng)皆有頭痛,陽明始有惡寒,而仲景乃皆入之太陽,更以胃實為正陽明;經(jīng)脈嗜臥屬足太陰,而仲景乃謂少陰病欲寐;經(jīng)脈渴而欲飲,饑不能食,屬足少陰,而仲景乃謂厥陰病消渴,飲不欲食,種種皆殊。惟少陽、太陰為近之,而亦有殊者∶經(jīng)脈目KT KT 屬足少陰,而仲景少陽目眩;經(jīng)脈飧泄屬足厥陰,而仲景三陰俱列。所以然者,經(jīng)但以陰陽分表里兩層,而以身之前后兩側(cè)分為三陰三陽,仲景不但分表里兩層,且分表之表為太陽,表之里為少陽,里之表為太陰,里之里為少陰,里之至里為厥陰,其腑為陽明,義取遞進,不取平按。故僅列熱病論六經(jīng)癥于傷寒例,而不即引之以冠六經(jīng)篇首,別自為說以著,其名同實異也。所以實異而名仍同者,以太陽等六者,乃古今紀(jì)陰陽者之大名,六元以紀(jì)天之六氣,《難經(jīng)》以紀(jì)歲之六節(jié),《脈經(jīng)》卷五扁鵲法gydjdsj.org.cn/wsj/以紀(jì)一日之六候、卷十手撿圖以紀(jì)診法之六部,經(jīng)筋以紀(jì)筋,皮部以紀(jì)絡(luò),若經(jīng)脈則以紀(jì)榮衛(wèi),而仲景因以紀(jì)表里,其義一也。欲窮《傷寒》六經(jīng)癥者,勿纏合《靈》、《素》以亂之。
