個人簡介：
1985年于南京大學(xué)生物系獲動物學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，1988于南京大學(xué)生物化學(xué)系獲蛋白質(zhì)化學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，1994年獲美國Thomas Jeferson大學(xué)發(fā)育生物學(xué)與解剖學(xué)博士學(xué)位gydjdsj.org.cn，1994年至1997年先后在美國Roche分子生物學(xué)研究所和Jackson實驗室做博士后研究。1997年至2000年任美國北卡大學(xué)神經(jīng)科學(xué)中心研究助理。2000年3月受聘為南京大學(xué)教授，2001年受聘為博士生導(dǎo)師及教育部長江獎勵計劃特聘教授。現(xiàn)為國家遺傳工程小鼠資源庫主任，南京大學(xué)模式動物研究所所長,南京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院副院長。
