| 中文文摘 | 《備急千金要方》（以下稱《千金要方》集唐以前中醫(yī)治療學(xué)之大成，于針灸一門亦可謂搜羅弘富，遍涉內(nèi)、外、婦、兒各科。其所載婦人針方91首，極簡明、切用而易于掌握；所用穴位共74穴，其中經(jīng)外奇穴即占23穴，大多為后世所不用，值得今人深入學(xué)習(xí)、研究。所治病種計(jì)20種，涉經(jīng)、帶、胎產(chǎn)、婦科雜癥各門。而《千金要方》本非針灸家之作，有此成就，實(shí)大不易。此91方中灸多而針少，顯示了孫氏對灸法的高度重視，在時下重針輕灸的情況下，《千金要方》中的灸療思路及方法或可裨益今日之臨床。

| 英文文摘 | Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold for Emergencies is a complete collection of prescriptions for all diseases before the Tang Dynasty. The prescriptions for acupuncture alone include those for diseases in internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, etc. The 91 prescriptions for gynaecopathies are simple and easy to master. Among the 74 acupuncture points used, there are 23 extraordinary points, most of which are not being used now. The author thinks that further study is necessary on these points. These prescriptions can be used to treat 20 different kinds of gynaecopathies, including diseases of the menstruation, leukorrhea, labor and miscellaneous women's diseases. In the 91 prescriptions, moxibustion is used more frequently than acupuncture, and this can serve as reference for modern doctors, who pay more attention to acupuncture than moxibustion.
