命題解析
 
   07年大作文題目較抽象，很多同學(xué)叫苦不迭，估計全國平均分在10-11分左右。我的《2007考研英語高分寫作》一書第三章專門講解考研寫作的難點：圖畫作文。在新東方的課堂上，我們一直認為07年考研大作文90％的可能性還是圖畫作文，10％是圖表作文，不可能考提綱或情景作文，建議大家重點準(zhǔn)備圖畫作文。考生對圖畫作文的形式應(yīng)該不陌生。
 
   1991－2005的15年來，考研寫作一般是中性話題，不是當(dāng)年最熱點的話題，也不是冷僻話題。2006年考查了05年國內(nèi)最熱門的話題：偶像崇拜問題。07年考研寫作命題再次回歸中性話題：自信與挑戰(zhàn)。但是話題中隱含了06年的熱門話題：德國世界杯。關(guān)于自信與挑戰(zhàn)的范文，請參見我的《2007考研英語高分寫作》188頁范文“建立自信”及185頁范文“積極面對競爭”。
 
   2005年養(yǎng)老足球賽，2006年崇拜足球明星“貝克漢姆”，2007年“點球大戰(zhàn)”，考研寫作命題連續(xù)三年陷入“足球怪圈”。加之2004年圖畫中跑道上的運動員，考研圖畫作文已經(jīng)連續(xù)四年與體育相關(guān)，確實是一個有趣的現(xiàn)象。
 
   圖畫中是一幅點球決戰(zhàn)的場面，使人聯(lián)想起2006年6月烽煙四起的德國世界杯戰(zhàn)場，無數(shù)點球大賽驚心動魄。面對點球這一巨大挑戰(zhàn)與困難，守門員想到的是球門如此之大，自身如此渺小，自然悲從中來；而球員想到的卻是球門如此之小，門將如此神武，不免噤若寒蟬。面對挑戰(zhàn)，雙方想到的都是困難重重，缺乏自信。這是一幅反面現(xiàn)象的圖畫�？记昂芏鄠餮哉J為會考正面觀點的題目，謠言不攻自破。在新東方課堂上，我們一直認為07年需要重點準(zhǔn)備反面現(xiàn)象的寫作框架，相關(guān)句型不難掌握。
 
   很多同學(xué)害怕自己因為跑題，導(dǎo)致低分。其實不必過慮�？佳袑懽鞯牡诙簏S金原則是：語言第一位、結(jié)構(gòu)第二位、內(nèi)容第三位。閱卷老師最重視的是語言功底，而非邏輯構(gòu)思；考研寫作是語言考試，而非思維考試。在考場上短暫的時間中，考生普遍認為此題偏難，但切勿浪費太多時間進行構(gòu)思，只要觀點相關(guān)即可。
 
   考研寫作的觀點并無正確與錯誤之分，只要不跑題，相關(guān)即可。以2006年考研寫作題目為例，根據(jù)教育部公布的《考研大綱》，寫成正面觀點、反面現(xiàn)象均可，正面觀點可寫人們對于足球的熱衷，對于追求的執(zhí)著；反面現(xiàn)象可寫偶像崇拜、盲目追星。兩種寫法均不扣分。
 
   07年作文也不例外，寫成自信、挑戰(zhàn)、人生態(tài)度均可，只要沒有跑題太遠即可。關(guān)鍵是語言基本正確、豐富多變；結(jié)構(gòu)清晰、邏輯嚴謹。

It is symbolically illustrated in the cartoon that a vanguard is preparing to shoot at the goal defended by a goalkeeper on a football field. In the goalkeeper’s mind, he is so much smaller than he actually is that guarding the goal is a mission impossible. On the contrary, the giant guard almost fills up the whole goal in the vanguard’s mind.

The purpose of the drawing is to show us that in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges or difficulties, self-confidence is of utmost significance. Regardless of how much success one has had in school or at work, there are bound to be times when he or she will encounter problems. It is at these times that self-confidence, towards difficulty and life in general, plays a crucial role in determining whether he can turn failure into victory.

        I can think of no better illustration than the following one. Helen Keller was born deaf, dumb and blind, certainly nothing to give her self-confidence. Nevertheless, she went on to conquer her multiple handicaps to become a writer and lecturer, to become an inspiration to all. This case effectively clarifies that no matter what tasks we are confronted with, we should never overestimate the difficulties or underestimate our abilities.
