1. remove v. 調(diào)動，免職

2. fault n. 地震（斷層)

3. practice n. 慣例，習(xí)慣

4. principal a. 最重要的，主要的

5. credit v. 信用，信任

6. publication n. 出版；出版物

7. tell v. 區(qū)別，分辨

說明金屬與非金屬的區(qū)別是不難的。
8. authority n. 權(quán)威；當(dāng)局

地方當(dāng)局已為該計劃撥贈款。

10. land v. （使)靠岸（登陸、降落)
